Referee instructions

    1. Upon the completion of the game, the referee shall proceed to the appointed referee area to complete a USSF Game Report and the USSF Supplemental Report (if necessary).
    2. After the referee has completed his report, he is to return all teams player passes and a copy (if applicable) of the USSF Game Report to an appointed local "club official" (concession stand, club officer, etc.).
    3. The referee shall deliver the USSF Game Report and both team rosters to their particular Referee Assignor, within 24 hours.

    5. The Referee Assignor shall be responsible to obtain the game report from the assigned referee for any game they assign, that requires a USSF Game Report to be completed for any incident that occurred.
    6. He/she shall deliver (by mail, email, fax, or phone) all game reports to the BYSL Discipline Chairman within 24 hours. All weekend (Saturday & Sunday) game reports must get to the BYSL Discipline Chairman no later than the following Tuesday.
    7. Coaches responsibility

    8. The coaches will be responsible to get the all player passes, including ejected players’ passes, from the appointed local "club official" (concession stand, club officer, etc.) or designated area.
    9. The coach will be held accountable for the suspended player serving his full suspension (see section VI-C). He/she is also responsible for finding out the term of the suspension from the BYSL Discipline Committee or their club designee. Minimum suspensions for ANY "red cards" are no less than one game.
    10. If the coach plays a suspended player before his/her suspension is completed, the coach shall be suspended from coaching for the rest of the seasonal year and one year following, as per FYSA guidelines.

The Discipline Chairman is responsible for reviewing the game report(s) and will impose the disciplinary action for each offense on the game report(s) within 48 hours of the receipt of the game report. A disciplinary report will be sent to the District Commissioner to send out to the ADC/Club contacts. The report will show the player’s name, pass number, team code number, date of infraction, and length (in games) of suspension.
